This organisation was established in the year 2016. The founder of the organisation is Dr.S.Thomas Gnanadurai who has 34 years of teaching experience in a renowned Government Aided Polytechnic College as Head of the Department. Even before the establishment of this organisation he has under taken many field surveys and structural design works under consultancy.
We have established this organisation to meet the requirements of Government and private sectors including environmental agencies and energy sectors. We have three major sections like Digital Survey, Structural design and material testing including soil investigation.
At present we have one Topcon GM 101 total station with high precision angular measurement of 1”. Total stations are still the trusted machines worldwide for precision measurement. Recently we have procured a multi frequency (555 channels) Leica GS 16 DGPS (Differential Global positioning system) to cover large scale town & country planning and mapping robustly. To cater the need of the Engineers we have Leica Rugby 640 Rotating laser level which is suitable for levelling large areas. The circular area covered in a single setup will be around 300m radius. We have many software for processing and plotting like Mx road, E -Survey cad etc.
We have done longitudinal sections and cross sections for Roads and canals, Earth work calculation for quarries and Solid waste, setting out works, bolt fixing works, Capacity of irrigation tanks, Correcting boundaries according to Field map book(FMB), Partitioning and preparing lay out for Parcel of land etc.
We use Staad pro, ETABS and RC Design software for structural design and Detailing.We also offer consultancy for various construction projects.
At present we carry out these works by out sourcing. For soil investigation works are executed by Ayothi Consultancy, Rajapalayam and Concrete Testing by Polytechnics around us.
